What kind of specimen is required for testing?
We require a blood specimen to analyze.
Do I have to fast before my test?
No, you do not need to fast before your blood is drawn for our test.
As a patient, can I order your test?
Sorry, our test must be ordered by a healthcare provider. This is due to laboratory regulations. Have your provider contact us to order our test for you.
You can also contact our customer service team for questions on ordering.
When can I get my test results?
All test results are sent to the ordering healthcare professional. Ask your provider for a copy.
What is your subscription plan?
We recommend getting tested occasionally to check if your interventions (changes in diet, supplements, etc.) are working.
To make this easier and more affordable, we offer a 1 year subscription plan to cover up to 3 tests in advance during a 12 month period.
Are you In-Network with insurance companies?
We are not contracted with any commercial insurance plans and are considered Out-of-Network.
Does your test find all of the health problems that I currently have?
Absolutely not, no test can do this.
Our test looks at imbalances that are found in your blood due to metabolic processes which can provide great insight but our findings may or may not point to any or all of your current health problems.
